Phase 1 — Founding drivers
Recruit and train our first cohort of women drivers in Kingston. Every driver completes the Woom Driver Academy and a thorough background verification before they take a single ride.
Phase 2 — Public launch
Open the rider waitlist and start matching verified women riders to verified women drivers across the corporate area. Real-time safety features active from day one.
Phase 3 — Island-wide
Expand to all 14 parishes through targeted academy cohorts and a vehicle partner programme so owners can earn passive income without driving themselves.
